There's nothing like taking a dremel and attacking your dust cap with it.

Even the "shorty" knobs available from
ScopeStuff were
not quite short enough. Even after dimpling my cap I found the screws
prevented the cap from fitting as securely as it did before. Scope is 8"
- the larger aperture scopes don't have this problem.
